Position: Multi-Sport and More Program Leader
Employment Term: Part-time, Casual
Start Date: January/February 2026

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Program Leaders to join our team and support the delivery of XploreSportZ, Multi-Sport and More programs across the Fraser Valley (Langley to Hope). If you’re passionate about sport, enjoy working with kids, and want to build your leadership skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support physical literacy and sport-based activities for children ages 6–12
- Work collaboratively with other leaders and certified coaches
- Maintain safety protocols and program equipment
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, and supervisors
- Provide feedback to improve program delivery
Qualifications:
- Valid Standard First Aid & CPR-C
- Class 5 Driver’s License
- Clear Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check
- Willingness to complete online NCCP and Sport for Life certifications
- NCCP Rule of 2 certification or willing to obtain
- NCCP Safe Sport certification or willing to obtain
- NCCP Fundamental Movement Skills certificate or willing to obtain
- Previous experience working with youth or in sport camps is an asset
Job Details:
- Contract Position | $22-25/hour | 3–15 hrs/week (evenings & weekends)
- Must be able to work outdoors and travel across Fraser Valley
- Specifically looking for Mondays in Aldergrove, Wednesday in Surrey, and Thursday TBD
