Register for the 2022 Program!
Guy Demong from True North Strength & Fitness will coach athletes in a strength and conditioning program aimed to improve their strength, flexibility, mobility, coordination and overall performance for their chosen sport(s). This program will run for 6 weeks by Guy, who is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and the BC Director of the National Strength & Conditioning Association.
Beginning January 26, participants will attend 2 weekly sessions for 1 hour each at True North Strength & Fitness. Athletes aged 13-17 are invited to join this program to challenge themselves, while learning from one of the best! Sessions run Wednesday and Friday evenings 7pm-8pm.
*Space is limited! Some experience in the weight room is required (minimum 2 months)
