XploreSportZ for All – Youth | Ages 12-19

We are excited to share that PacificSport Fraser Valley has been selected to receive the Team Up Grant from viaSport and the Government of BC. With their support, we are able to expand our XploreSportZ programs to Langley, while partnering with the City of Langley Recreation department and Inclusion Langley. XploreSportZ program corresponds with the Canada Sport for Life Learn to Train stages and Train to Train.
This program has been exclusively developed for Inclusion Langley‘s Youth Services program participants. Please register through your Langley Inclusion Staff.
This XploreSportZ program will take place on Mondays from 4:45 pm to 5:45 pm, starting January 9th and continuing weekly until March 6th.
It will feature games and activities focused on developing fundamental movement skills (FMS) and physical literacy as well as introduce a new sport each week to participants.
Program registration fee includes participants’ XploreSportZ t-shirt and take home equipment kits.
*Space is limited to 15 participants
