NCCP – Coaching and Leading Effectively

The NCCP Coaching and Leading Effectively module is designed to help coaches draft a personalized coaching philosophy. By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  1. Develop a coaching philosophy based on reflections of their values and the reasons behind their coaching approach.
  2. Demonstrate behaviors that create an inclusive, safe, and positive sport environment.
  3. Understand their leadership role within the broader sport community.
  4. Foster a culture of excellence, positive performance, and growth in sport.

*Space is limited to 20 total participants
