About this event
Guy Demong from True North Strength & Fitness will coach participants in a strength and conditioning program aimed to introduce participants to the weight room, while improving their strength, flexibility, mobility, and coordination. This program is the perfect introductory S&C program, and will run for 6 weeks by Guy, who is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and the BC Director of the National Strength & Conditioning Association.
Beginning October 19th, participants will attend 1 weekly session for 1 hour at True North Strength & Fitness. Participants aged 13-17 are invited to join this program as an introduction to the weight room. They will be encouraged to challenge themselves while learning from one of the best! Sessions run Wednesday evenings 7pm-8pm.
*Space is limited!
PacificSport Fraser Valley will cover all costs associated with the program through our grant and our goal is to get teens back in the game and participating in sport and physical activity!
