Junior Girls Strength and Conditioning – Ages 13-16

This extension of our XploreSportZ program corresponds with the Canada Sport for Life Fundamental and Learning to Train stages. We are so excited to offer this program to 10 MORE girls to boost confidence and kickstart a healthy life in the gym!
Coach Adam (a male coach) will coach athletes in a strength and conditioning program aimed to introduce participants to the weight room, while improving their strength, flexibility, mobility, and coordination. This is the perfect introductory S&C program, led by a fantastic male leader and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. He will be assisted by Coach Rawda (female) who comes with us from a background of XploreSportZ leading but has transitioned into the personal training stream. All girls and those identifying as girls are welcome to register for this program.
Beginning October 12th, participants will attend 1 weekly session for 1 hour at Catalyst Kinetics Group – Burnaby. Girls aged 13-16 will participate in the program on Thursdays from 5:00pm – 6:00pm.
Please note – this program is targeting beginners and those who are wanting to learn and get involved in being active in a weight room environment. No previous knowledge is required to register for this program.
